Municipal Court              

The Brad Neighbor Municipal Court will be closed on Friday, June 2nd, 2023 for system maintenance. All Court operations will resume on Monday, June 5th, 2023. 

The Brad Neighbor Municipal Court building is open to the public, Court personnel are available to assist citizens, defendants, and attorneys. The Court offers services in person at the payment windows, online or through the mail. There is also a night drop box to the right of the Court’s front entrance providing 24 hour access. 

The court offers WALK-IN DOCKETS for those that are unable to appear for a regularly scheduled docket.


Brad Neighbor Courts Building

The Municipal Court serves as the City’s judicial branch of government; as well as an extension of the State of Texas judicial system. Brad Neighbor Municipal Court is a Court of Record which hears Class C Misdemeanor criminal cases, including traffic violations, city ordinance violations and fine only offenses.

As an impartial servant in the administration of Justice, the Courts purpose is to hear legal matters, process and retain Court records, collect and track all fines, fees and restitution’s of the Court.
